Our little attitude adjustment must have done the trick. When I picked Paige up yesterday I asked how she was, and the answer was perfect. She didn't act up in any way. She ran out of her room (Jessi opened the door for her) so she could tell me she didn't call anyone an ugly poo poo head. She was so proud of herself! And yes, I did have another special treat waiting for her in the van. I was so glad she got to eat it!
I'm not completely delusional. I'm sure we'll have more issues in the future. For now, or at least yesterday, life is good & Paige is back to being a mostly good little girl.
